Reservation and rental regulations

Everyone who makes a reservation accepts the provisions of these regulations. Failure to accept the terms and conditions of the Regulations will result in interruption of the house reservation process.

 

Terms of reservation
  • Reservations can be made by e-mail to m.waberski@gmail.com or by phone. by phone: + 48 604 787069

  • Confirmation of the booked date or information about the lack of places on the indicated date is sent within 72 hours to the e-mail address provided by the Booker.

Terms of payment

Within 5 days of making the reservation, the Booker  is obliged to pay by transfer to a bank account, 50% of the rental amount in accordance with the order and the agreed price based on the reservation.

 

The rest  the rental amount should be paid 10 days before the arrival date together with a deposit of PLN 1,000. Lack of payment 5 days before the arrival date will result in the reservation being canceled. 

 

The deposit is charged to cover damage caused by the tenant. It is returned to the Tenant's bank account in the absence of any comments on the house acceptance report within 5 days from the date of the Tenant's departure.

 

The payment unit is Polish zloty (PLN). Payment should be made by bank transfer. banking:

Cancellation of reservation

  • Cancellation of the reservation 90 days before the planned stay - 100% refund of the advance payment. 

  • Cancellation of the reservation 30-59 days before the planned stay – 50% refund of the advance payment

  • Cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the planned stay - the advance payment is not refunded (the advance payment will be 100% refunded if there are other guests in this place)

  • The Landlord does not refund money for an unused stay (early departure / late arrival).

Change of reservation
  • In the event of a change to a previous reservation, the Booker should report the change in writing to the e-mail address provided. The date can be changed no later than 60 days before arrival. 

  • A response regarding the possibility of change will be sent within 72 hours. 

  • The date of stay at a given facility can be changed/extended only if there are vacancies. 

 

Arrival, handing over the keys, departure
  • Guests are expected from 4 p.m

  • You must leave the apartment no later than 11:00. 

  • Late arrival/early departure is possible after telephone arrangement and may result in an additional fee.

  • Just before arrival, guests receive an SMS with details of key collection, access codes to the gates, entrance gates and the beach.

  • The apartments (and the e-mail sent with reservation details) include a list of equipment that allows the Tenant to check the existing condition.

  • The tenant is obliged to read the Apartment Regulations included in the e-mail with reservation details.

  • The tenant is obliged to read the Regulations on the use of intra-residential real estate, including at least: rules for using the swimming pool, playground, night curfew, keeping cleanliness, walking pets, etc. contained in the e-mail sent with reservation details.

Damage/Failures

  • Any damage, defects, failures and comments during the stay should be immediately reported to the Landlord. 

  • If, during the customer's stay, any part of the house equipment is damaged or lost, or the finishing or furnishings of the house are damaged, the Landlord will reserves the right to claim from the Tenant for losses exceeding the value of the deposit paid. 

  • The transferred houses are furnished, equipped and cleaned. People who take over the house are obliged to take care of the entrusted property.

  • In the event of a fault or damage to any element of the apartment's equipment, the tenant agrees to make the apartment available to the Landlord or persons indicated by the Landlord in order to remove the fault, repair or replace the defective element of the apartment's equipment. If the tenant does not agree to let the indicated person into the apartment, he will not claim any compensation for the lack of functionality of the apartment.

  • In the event of a serious failure in the apartment, especially the power network, fire, flooding, water and sewage system, the Tenant is obliged to let in persons indicated by the Landlord in order to repair the failure. In the absence of the Tenant's consent or lack of contact with him, the Landlord or persons indicated by him have the right to enter the apartment without the Tenant's presence.

Termination of contract
  • In relation to people behaving inappropriately, disturbing order, not complying with generally accepted standards of good behavior, the Landlord reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract. 

  • The description of each apartment includes the maximum number of beds. Exceeding the permissible number of people results in immediate termination of the contract with the Tenant.

Insurance
  • The price of the services provided by the Lessor does not include insurance. Customers use the services at their own risk. The Landlord is not responsible for any injuries, damage or destruction of the Tenant's property or neighboring apartments, or the theft of his/her luggage during the entire recreational stay. We advise you to get insurance before your arrival.

Dispute settelement

  • The law applicable to disputes between the Landlord and the Tenant is Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Landlord's registered address, i.e. Nowy Targ.

 

Processing of personal data 
  • The booking party and the person submitting the inquiry agree to have their personal data placed in the Landlord's database. The data will be processed solely for the purpose of making a reservation and for information and marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR Personal Data Protection Regulation. 

  • ACADEMY OF ACHIEVEMENTS RO-GROUP MAREK WABERSKI with its registered office at UL.PODHALAŃSKA 18/15 34-400 NOWY TARG, as the personal data administrator, informs you that:

    • Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to provide the apartment rental service; 

    • you have the right to access your data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing; 

    • data may only be made available to state authorities authorized to obtain information under national law, such as tax authorities, ZUS; 

    • the data provided will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016; 

    • the person supervising the processing of personal data is Marek Waberski, e-mail address m.waberski@gmail.com

    • personal data will be stored for the period necessary to comply with the provisions of the above reservation and rental regulations; 

    • you have the right to lodge a complaint if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR.
